Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

The safety and privacy of our users are of top priority for us. That is why we strive for delivering privacy-oriented services of high quality and ensuring online safety, digital freedom, and net neutrality for everyone.
We adhere to a Zero-logs policy, which means we don’t collect or store any personally identifiable (PII) data about our users. However, there is non-PII data, generated while using the Service, that may be collected. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what types of non-PII data we may collect and the ways we may use it.
We encourage our users to read the Policy carefully before using Play Safe, as by using it, you accept the terms of the Policy.

A Zero-log Policy

We strive for ensuring our users 100% safety and privacy, that is why we do not log any personal data, IP addresses, traffic destination, or connection logs. Our Service is designed the way we can’t identify or track any data related to you or your usage of our Services.
We get only some data that is summarized and anonymized (gathered basing on the activity of a group of users, not a certain user) for statistical reasons to improve our Services. This data may include the number of active users, how long were the connections to our servers, how fast were the connections, the number of connection failures, and how much data was transferred per day via our Services.

Free Service

The Free Service implies that you will see Google AdMob’s generic ads. We want to highlight that we don’t share any data about you with AdMob, but AdMob may be able to collect the Advertising ID of your device autonomously. Read more about Advertising ID and the ways of opting out personalized adverts here:

Premium Service

The Premium Service users are not served with ads and are asked to provide their email addresses to create an account. We underline that we don’t share those emails with third parties. And according to the zero-logs Policy, we can’t trace back your online activity performed via our Services to your account.
Please remember that paying for the Services with a credit card, its details (i.e., a cardholder’s name, card number, issuing country, expiration date, and CCV) can be identified by our payment-processing provider after the payment is made. We don’t have access to your payment details as we don’t process payments ourselves, only via our payment provider.

Security

We use robust administrative, physical, and technical security measures to protect your data against a breach, loss, unauthorized access, misuse, theft, disclosure, and modification of any kind.
While we consider the systems we use reliable, it is vital to realize that no data security measures can ensure 100% protection.
Our servers are housed in the data centers that apply trustworthy security practices. We are never asked to provide any data about our users, whether Personal Data or traffic data.
In case a data center asked us to log any data about our users, we would stop working with said data center and find alternatives that meet our zero-logs policy requirements.
Even if our servers are physically seized by the government or another organization, and the encryption is broken, no logs, online activity, or PII data can be found.

Cookies

We don’t collect or store cookies for analyzing traffic data, but we use Google Analytics, which may collect and store third-party cookies.
The statistical data we get from Google Analytics is anonymized, with no connection to a particular user. Read more about Google’s privacy practices here in their Privacy & Terms:https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
